How we handle your details
The short version: we collect as little as possible, and what you send us is used only to reply to you.
The quote form
When you send the quote form, your name, phone number, suburb and message are emailed directly to us at [email protected] so we can respond. They are not stored on this website or its server. The email itself is the only record, and we don't use your details for anything other than replying to your enquiry.
Calls and WhatsApp
If you call or WhatsApp us, that conversation lives in the phone and in WhatsApp, the same as any other call or chat — this website plays no part in it.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit and which buttons they use. If you decline, no analytics cookies or identifiers are set and the site works exactly the same. We never send your name, phone number or message contents to analytics.
